1 slice wheat toast
2 medium potatoes hashbrowns
small amount of steel cut oats with canned peaches mixed in
Lunch: (over the course of 3 or 4 hours)
1.5 ears of corn, boiled last night
2 peaches
5 small (but long) carrots
a few small baked potatoes
